Tax increment dollars slated for Bozeman affordable housing project
Six-story apartment building planned for empty lot in downtown Bozeman
Developers are planning to build a six-story apartment building on a Main Street lot that used to be home to a Chinese restaurant and ice cream store. Walton is proposing a six-story apartment building, with 121 residential units and 2,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground-level. Parking is planned to be included beneath the building and partially on the ground floor.
